DJ – Ricardo Villalobos a music lover
Ricardo Villalobos was born in Santiago de Chile in 1970. Grown in music lover family, he begins to play Conga and Bongo at the age of 10 years old. Later, during his teenage years, he is under the influenced of Depeche Mode who introduces him electronic music. Afterward, subjoined the influence of Daniel Miller, Thomas Melchior, Baby Ford, Daniel Bell and Andrew Weatherall and, from the 1990 years, of Richie Hawtin (Plastikman). Latin American rhythm, particulary the bresilan, is also an important source of inspiration…
